Seeing Zachary back in the hospital can be a mixed bag of emotions. It is great celebrating with the medical team how much progress Zachary has made. No one expected the kid in bed 3 to make it. After all, he kept crashing and the code blue team would have to rush in and save him again.
On the other side, we still go thru the stages of grief because of how hard it can be on us emotionally.
Zachary has had a good day today. He had two episodes last night where he stopped breathing but docs were able to quickly intervene. (He was apnec from too much Dilaudid.). He got too many doses of the narcotic.
Like I said before, it is always tricky dialing in the correct quantities of medications to help him recover quickly and yet not be in too much pain.
God is good. We are thankful he is intimately involved in our lives. 
Prayer Requests:
-That Medical staff can manage Zachary's pain
-that we can be in tune to God's whisper to minister to others.
-that Zachary's bowels start moving poop soon.
-That Micah and Josiah enjoy this time with a myriad of sitters watching them
-That Zachary comes home before Labor Day
