9:30pm Sunday - the night before surgery

6:30am Monday - Arriving at PCH.

9:30am Monday - Waiting in Preop

Zachary was given Versed to calm his nerves. Watch this video to see his reaction.

There he goes back..

12:30pm Update

Nurse came out to give an update. Zach is doing great. Docs think he will be done around 3pm ish. Remember this is an ish.

2pm Surgery is over

Surgery is done but the docs are putting in a PICC line (main IV) to push fluids because Zach has a history of losing IVs when needed. All good news.

Praise God!

4:15pm - Back in the Room

Zachary is sleeping thanks to the good drugs (Dilaudid).

5pm - Recovery Prayer Requests.

Prayer Requests:

-That Medical staff can manage Zachary's pain

-that we can be in tune to God's whisper to minister to others.

-that Zachary's bowels start moving poop soon.

-That Micah and Josiah enjoy this time with a myriad of sitters watching them

-That Zachary comes home before Labor Day
