Twas the Night Before Christmas

Twas the night before Christmas and on Jesus knee
Bounced a 4 year old boy named Zachary 
The gifts he's been given on this Christmas day 
Are given in love from that manger of hay. 
The smile on his face that says "I'm pain free!"
As he laughs and he plays and he giggles with glee.
Despite many scars and all he went through
He is dancing in heaven and no longer blue. 
The joy on his face is a thing to behold 
As he and his Savior walk streets of gold. 
His hands are now perfect with five-fingers strong
(Tho watching him here you'd thing nothing was wrong?)
His heart has four chambers and he's nice and pink
(Tho the love that it held showed a whole heart I think)
Food now brings pleasure, he's loving each bite. 
He and the angels eating all that's in sight!
He has no more tears, no more worry or care
And that makes our sadness more easy to bear. 
He brought us much joy in the days he was here, 
He taught us to trust and to not live in fear. 
So we choose to rejoice, to be happy and sing
That our precious boy Zach's in the arms of the King!!!!!
It is truly a Merry Christmas!
