Post ER Visit

Thank you all for praying for us.  As exhausting as it is to have a heart baby, it is just as encouraging knowing that literally hundreds of people are praying for us regularly.

Zachary has done well since his ER visit this week.  Zach slept well the first night he got home.  We, however, kept checking the monitor to make sure he was still breathing.  Zachary did well on Friday as well.  He vomited a couple of times but nothing that we could not handle.

Since the discovery of the duadenal stenosis at the ER, we are now assuming that this area could be inflamed due to the GJ feeding tube placement on Wednesday.  So we have been giving him low doses of advil.  It seems to help.  We are not sure if the advil is helping the vomiting by causing the inflammation of his small intestine to be reduced or if there is some other cause of the vomiting.  Either way, he seems to be doing well.


Micah and Josiah caused a scene this afternoon.  Proof that we are raising crazy minions...
